Over-Organized
PRIVATE CALENDAR COORDINATION

Keep every work calendar in its own lane.

When work accounts are locked down, your schedule gets fragmented. Over-Organized gives you one private view of your day without asking separate company calendars to connect to each other.

No direct cross-company calendar connection required.

Your calendars do not need permission to know each other.

Many workplaces intentionally prevent external calendar sync. Over-Organized is designed for that reality. Bring in only the schedule you need, keep the source accounts separate, and manage your actual availability from one private workspace.

  • Paste or upload calendar screenshots
  • Review and correct every extracted event before saving
  • Keep Required, Background, Flexible, and Ignore distinct

Busy

Original meeting titles and other work-account details stay out of the destination calendar.

SHARE LESS, COORDINATE MORE

The other calendar only needs to know one thing: you are busy.

Generate local Outlook VBA or PowerShell that creates neutral busy blocks where you need them. The destination calendar does not need the original meeting title, the other employer name, or access to the source account.

Separate systems stay separate. Your availability stays accurate.

Calendar sync is currently designed for Outlook Classic on Windows.

STAY IN THE FLOW

Everything you need to run the day. Nothing you do not.

One private calendar

See all of your commitments together while keeping the underlying work accounts separate.

Know what is actually next

Today shows remaining meetings, completed tasks, conflicts, and escalating meeting reminders.

Neutral busy blocks

Reconcile generated Outlook blocks without touching the real meetings already on that calendar.

Less calendar noise

Flexible meetings stay available, background meetings look different, and irrelevant items can disappear.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Your workspace is yours.

Over-Organized coordinates the person, not the companies.

No employer-to-employer connection

Employer accounts never need to connect to each other

Only share Busy

Other calendars can receive generic Busy blocks instead of meeting details

Temporary screenshot processing

Calendar screenshots are used for extraction, not permanent image storage

ONE PRIVATE CONTROL LAYER

When the calendars cannot connect, your day still can.

Get one view of where you need to be, what you need to finish, and when you are actually available.
